Leadership, to me, is about creating alignment, not control. I lead by bringing people together with a shared sense of purpose, designing processes that reduce friction, and communicating clearly to build trust. I believe the most effective work happens when individuals feel supported, teams are empowered, and strategy is guided by values.

Whether I am managing a complex initiative or shaping community-focused content, I aim to create outcomes that are not only efficient, but also human-centered. My approach is rooted in active listening, intentional action, and the understanding that long-term impact requires both structure and heart.

Career Journey

With more than a decade of experience across program management, client engagement, operations, and public service, my career has been defined by adaptability, purpose, and a commitment to people. I began in the public sector, facilitating livelihood projects in rural communities, then moved into roles in agriculture, inventory control, and customer service.

Today, I serve as a Program Manager for the OEM Business Unit at MSC Industrial Supply, where I lead cross-functional efforts that support enterprise clients and operational performance. I am also completing my Master of Business Administration at the University of Arizona Global Campus, with a focus on leadership, systems thinking, and business strategy.

Beyond my corporate role, I manage Freelance Insider, a global LinkedIn community supporting over 380,000 freelancers. This platform allows me to apply my strengths in content strategy, digital community-building, and meaningful outreach.
